The villas at Cypress Lakes Resort comprise 200 one, two, three and four-bedroom villas. Luxuriously appointed, each feature modern and spacious interiors with en suite bathrooms, kitchen, living/dining area and a large balcony with spectacular views of fairways and vineyards.

Cypress Lakes' award-winning signature restaurant, Pipette is an elegant venue with a relaxed atmosphere. The menu changes with the season and features modern Australian cuisine with regional specialities accompanied by premium Hunter Valley wines. Meals are served indoor or al fresco on the terrace, with beautiful views across the golf course to the valley and mountains beyond. For casual dining, Mulligans Brasserie serves classic brasserie fare and has a terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. These are complemented by three bars and in-villa dining.

Cypress Lakes Convention Centre is a stand alone venue with state-of-the-art meeting and banqueting facilities for up to 500 persons. All rooms feature natural lighting and lead onto a covered veranda encompassing the entire complex.

Cypress Lakes Golf & Country Club boasts a splendid 18-hole championship course ranked among Australia's top resorts courses. Inaugurated in 1992, it was designed by American architect Steve Smyers in collaboration with Australian golf legend Bob Stanton. The layout has two contrasting nines: a tree lined front nine with sloping fairways and a back nine links style layout. The course features over sixty huge bunkers, dramatically shaped elevated greens and stunning panoramic views from tees and greens to the valley's famous vineyards and mountains.
