Four Seasons Resort Nevis is an intimate retreat in a low key destination reputed for its romantic settings, unspoiled environment and rich history and culture. Distributed in a cluster of gingerbread cottages, accommodation comprises 196 spacious rooms and suites distributed between twelve low rise buildings canopied by swaying palms and bordered by the beach on one side and the golf course on the three other sides. Nevis drew visitors from across the Atlantic based on its first tourist attraction, the healing volcanic springs. Today, the Four Seasons Spa call to mind this bygone era and features include an open air stone jacuzzi resembling a sugar mill ruin, low rise gingerbread cottages and a copper water fountain fashioned from an antique basin once used in sugar production. The gardens reflect yet another piece of Nevis' history, its British colonial past. The seamless indoor-to-outdoor setting provides a complete sensory take on Nevis and treatments use indegenous ingredients.

The fairways extend inland from the shore into the lush foothills of Nevis Peak, providing dramatic views of the Caribbean and the neighbouring island of St. Kitts. Except for three lakes affecting play on four holes in the lower reaches of the course, the major hazards are the strategic bunkering, accented slopes and the brisk north-eastern trade winds.
